Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between every rental. Every item, down to the individual ball pit balls are washed so they are in the best condition when coming to you.

Please follow our rules to help maintain cleanliness of our equipment- no shoes, face paint, food/drink, glitter/confetti, pets, etc.

Yes! We love to see our bounce houses dressed up. The bounce houses have designated loops to secure balloon garland.

Please use 260s if you need additional ways to secure the garland. Do not use command hooks, tape, or other adhesives. Please do not use confetti filled balloons. Keep water away from balloons to prevent color transfer.

We recommend a professional who uses commercial grade balloons for long lasting balloons during your event. Contact us for a quote on your custom balloon garland!

Bounce houses must be set up within 50 feet of a power source. Bounce houses may be set up on grass, turf, asphalt, or concrete. We will not set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Please notify us upon booking what surface you plan to set up the bounce house on.

Some of our smaller rentals are available for indoor setup as well!

Following these rules will keep our equipment in its best condition for the next client!

Make sure you have a designated area ready for our equipment. We recommend double-checking the measurements – just to be safe!

If the party is outdoors, please make sure to turn off any sprinkler systems and clear the yard of animal waste, rocks, and branches.

When party planning, please avoid activities that may cause damage to our equipment. Face paint is detrimental to bounce houses and we will not book any events that have it present.

We have all the necessary permits and insurance to set up at parks. However, please note that we do not supply generators. Before making a booking, please make sure you have access to a power source. In the event that the park requires to be added to our insurance coverage during your event (not just asking for proof of insurance), an additional fee of $50 will apply. It is important that the renter remains with the equipment throughout the entire rental period. Please do not leave the equipment unattended.

We deliver/pick up free to addresses within 15 miles of area code 63304. Adresses 15-30 miles will be charged $50 for delivery/pick up. If you are hoping to book further than 30 miles out, please reach out to us before booking.

To prevent damage, we have to keep our bounce houses in great condition, we have a few simple rules in place – no shoes, no food or drinks, no silly string, no confetti or confetti-filled balloons, no face paint, no glitter, no sharp objects, no flips or climbing the walls, and no overloading the bounce house.

Please take good care of the bounce house to prevent any damage. If it gets damaged due to negligence, there will be charges for repairs or replacement.

You can cancel at least 30 days before your event to receive a full refund.  Please note that full payment is required when placing your order. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of the delivery date, no refund will be issued. However, you will receive a complete credit for the rental fee associated with the canceled order, which can be applied to any future rental with Airmoré.

No refund or credit is given if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of your event.

If you need to reschedule, we are happy to do so. Reschedules can be made within one calendar year of your original rental date.

We do not set up in rain, thunderstorms, or excessive winds. If it rains the day of your event and you decide to cancel, 50% of your payment will be held and you are able to reschedule for a future date.

If unexpected rain, thunder/lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph occur during your event, please turn off the blower immediately and bring the blower indoors. There will be no refunds after the point of delivery.

Attendants are not part of our standard rental, but we will provide one at an additional cost per hour. We recommend attendants for weddings, large parties, and public events. Our Balloons in a Bubble house includes a mandatory attendant for the length of the party rental.

Absolutely! Airmoré is a fully insured and licensed business. Our top priority is ensuring the safety of you and your littles. We take great care to ensure that our equipment meets rigorous safety standards. SAFETY is our utmost concern in this industry.
